Khao Lak

Landed at Phuket and the heat and humidity hit us. We took an hour by hotel air-conditioned mini-van to reach our hotel. We were greeted with an ice cold, wet flannel and some kind of iced berry fruit juice drink, very refreshing.

Checked in, put our shorts on and jumped in the pool. Been on a short walk along the beach in either direction just to get our bearings. Some fantastic breakers coming ashore.
Clear blue sky 30 degrees 70% humidity.
